9st 6 (2lb on@ww) Glad to have turned the tide at home even if only half a pound. Thursday was first day in weeks that I stayed within my cals & points, felt like turning a corner...till I blew it again Friday! I was thinking I must get back into it, altho Thursday is an odd day to restart it's my WW reset day, so that next week's weigh in isn't so bad, but as I was out walking today (Jon volunteered to come with me which was a good thing as it made sure I went!) it occurred to me I was thinking 'I must lose this weight I put on' when in fact being 9st 8 @ww is what I was for a long time and was quite happy with! It's only cos I went down another three to get the certificate that suddenly 9-8 feels like it's getting out of hand! Got to keep perspective :-)
