Why oh why, after I lose a little more weight the scale ALWAYS goes up 2 pounds the next morning? I know what is causing it but it is kinda demoralizing after yesterday's joy in seeing 109.4 pop up on the scales!

If you log all of your food and water you might see a pattern. My calories are (mostly) good, but I changed my settings and found my sodium is too high and my fiber is too low. I'm slowly working on that.
