Its not too big an increase. Its probably the heat and drinking a lot more fluids.
Pizza and chinese are required in diets. Stops you feeling denied of guilty pleasure.
And those last few pounds are always the hardest. It's a time you reward oneself a little more for having done so well and being so close. You'll get there, we all know it.
