Lifted moderately yesterday. Focusing on squats (3x per week - getting low and doing one-leg squats on the bench holding plates) to get my legs and butt back to where they should be. Doing some arms and abs also.

Playing tennis today with cute guy from work. He isn't that good but it's still feels good to get outside and hit. I really miss playing and I wish there were better players around here, but what can ya do?

On point with my diet. I plan on getting underneath that 1200-1300 range I've been eating in upcoming weeks, but it seems to be manageable with some will power. I miss Florida. I miss my friends. I miss being thin. Ugh.
