Well, I was hoping I'd hit 150 lbs today, but didn't quite make it. The good news is I did lose .75 lbs. The bad news is that it took me 11 days to lose .75 lbs. But I'm keeping my fingers crossed bc today is my first full day of TOM, so maybe, maybe (please, please) I'll lose another lb in a few days. I really wanted to hit 150 lbs before Thanksgiving and it sure would be great to get under 150 so I can go into Thanksgiving with a little leeway.
68.1 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
