A 3lb drop from yesterday. Another fluke or a. stabilizatiom? I find it hard to believe that I am gaining or losing 3 or 4 lbs a day. I really should stop weighing myself every day and go bavk to twice a week;the scale is like a Siren song!
123.1 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 46.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
