I wrote down everything to a T so I lost a pound. I think I may have a UTI so I bought some AZO hopefully start feeling better. I really want to see the 209 periods
101.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
