1 hour in pool.... water aerobics?
Just simply too tired to walk today. The heat first thing in the morning really wears me out and my the time I recover I'm in the pool. Got to come up with a better plan. I do better than this when I'm out of town! Oh yea.. lol, I'm not working in the heat when I'm out of town!
At this point I don't really care. Too hot to care. Of course I have to deal with the weight issue, but I also havent' been getting enough water and I've lapsed into Diet Coke land. Of course I skip the SF Jello when I drink the DC but I'm sure it's restricting my water intake. I would say I need more salt, but on the trip when I ate the sunflower seeds and at the cracklins my hands were so swollen for 3 days I couldn't close them. Plus, I'm getting horrible at recording anything. Just too frantic with work. That will be absolutely gone on July 29th until August 16th. A well needed breath and I can get myself back to some sanity. It's my favorite time of year, just not for this!! I AM weighing without fail, so I can see what's going on. Up a bit today, but I'm really not worried, I'm not eating off plan, just eating a lot of calories. That will taper off too. I'm not going to stress myself out to the point that I can't enjoy my work or my summer. I'm just doing induction and I'll worry about calorie counting later. I WILL work on increasing my water intake. Upped my veggies last night with 2 cups of cooked cabbage. Made me feel better for sure! Just keeping on keeping on.
