I tried to get back on track after Halloween weekend. I didn't track my food as well as I'd like, but I tried to be more aware of what I was eating. I'm happy I lost the lb I gained and want to hit that 50 lb mark next week!
111.9 kg Lost so far: 21.9 kg.    Still to go: 39.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
