9st 2.5 (SS at WW) Happy Birthday to me! Disappointed to put on, even only half, as my data this week doesn't seem to have warranted it, but perhaps I've underestimated some stuff. Or maybe this is just not a sustainable weight for me? Anyway, next week I'm bound to gain with birthday celebrations (literally!) under my belt! Off to London now to see Stomp and have dinner with friends. Had my first Subway breakfast today, that was very pleasing, beats McDonald's hands down :-)
