My homework: get to sleep 8 hours/day.😴😴
Currently at 5-6 hours/day, night owl, sometimes wake up in the middle of sleeps, low energy in the morning.. 😵😵 Stop begadang 😤
70 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
