hello everyone....
guys we all here same like classmates or same like friends. everyone try to share the experience and to learn from others.....SO GUYS I WANT TO GIVE YOU FEW TIPS FOR WEIGHT LOSS.
No:-1 PROTEIN
No:-2 WATER
guys in do chizon k bina weight 2 3 kg kam karna ya 10 15 din deit karna tu chal jaye ga,but you can't achieve your goals without these two things..... if you need healthy and fit life so always follow someone who know about that ..... thankyou frndz & stay safe .

samina@@ Iso100 but in weight gaining you have alot of options .... whole eggs, lamb liver, beef meat, whole chicken ... beans.... etc

And manage ur nutrition, try to eat more proteins and fiber but in low calories.

wasifa@ i agree with you fiber is also most important think in deit .... because constipation is most dangerous thing during the deit..... and fiber and water is the only solution for it.

@mr.penguin would u tell are bouled chickpeas good for lunch with salad like cucumber and tomato for weight loss.

zakia@@ ..... i think yes but not too much only 2tbsp for better taste . only in lunch. and remember don't eat carb after maghrib.

Pls suggest me a diet plan meri 2 mnths k bd shadi h and im so worried about it... Mai fasting b kr chuki hun or in these days im just taking boiled eggs and toast also tea without sugar tht it ya green tea le leti hun
