Terrimomof4's Journal, 30 Oct 10

My body is so weird how it goes in phases where the weight will just start dropping off daily for a few days, then no changes sometimes for a month. I don't get it, but I will take it. :)

Terri, no doubt it has to be frustrating...but the closer you get to your 'ideal' weight...the more your body will adjust. Do your best to stay focused even in the slow seasons. Love.

yes, you are! and Terri, just try to do what you've been doing...but be diligent to keep the carbs in check. And remain active. Fit in some exercise, especially something that will tone and build muscle. Resistance bands, perhaps 5-10 lb dumbbells. A moderate amount of exercise goes a long way w/ this eating plan. Can't wait to be cheering you across the goal line!!!

Thanks Paula, I do exercise I just haven't been logging it. I run on a treadmill for 2 miles at the local gym or do the insanity class alternating with weights 3-4 times a week. Exercise has never been a problem for me, even when I was fat, I would exercise, I think that may have kept me from becoming obese... just I didn't eat well. :)

Terri, I am the same way. Some weeks the scale will creep down for 3 or 4 days, and other weeks I just stay at the same place for a week or more. At least we understand it will happen and just wait for those "creeps" and be patient during the flatline.
