sheesh this was expected 😒 tired and not making time to prepare my meals, or say no to inappropriate foods especially while camping AND my hubby falling back into oversizing my eating amounts to suit his bad eating habits. Yup gone over my daily calorie limits this last week. 🥺 I stood my ground yesterday about his lack of support and I've taken back the reins of my eating habits.🦸♀️ hee hee From now on I'm aiming to get below the 80's weigh ins, I would love to see the 70ish figures appear from now on.
