Yay! A long-awaited day! Officially past 60 pounds lost. In my "happy place" for a maintenance weight. And now.... maintain. :) If I lose a couple more pounds, I will not complain, but I am also not going to drive myself crazy trying to lose them. I simply would like to maintain my weight somewhere in the 130's.

Excellent!!! I cant even imagine how proud you must feel right now! Just remember to maintain and dont throw caution to the wind because you have succeeded. (I speak from experience! lol)

Thank you, guys! I am very proud! I don't think there's any chance of throwing caution to the wind- the idea of giving up what I've worked so hard to achieve is very unsettling, and scares me. I also have noticed that (most of) the things that were unbearable temptations before are no longer so tempting. While I am still a sucker for sweets, I know my limits. And while the idea of salty, savory things is very tempting, when actually presented with the option, I find that they are TOO salty, and usually too greasy, for me to enjoy. That's pretty reassuring. :)
