So far I have lost 15.8 lbs on the Atkins diet and I started it on September 6th 2010. I am happy with my progress so far but I want to make sure that I'm doing this correctly.

Thats awesome! I started almost 3 weeks ago and lost 14 lbs. I am so stoked but I do have another 45 or so to go!!! Keep up with what ever your doing!!!
