9st 4.5 (1 off at WW) Disappointed to gain this week as I've been good apart from Tuesday, but hopefully it will even out next week. So that was a VERY brief flirtation with being under 130lbs!! Was pleased to lose a pound at WW, the next one I lose will be a silver 7. But it may just be that my body is settled at this weight and losing more and maintaining that might just be more trouble than it's worth, just for the sake of a certificate! Anyway, we'll see :-)
