Got a 'Health MOT' when I signed up for my new gym.
BMI 20.4
Systolic Blood Pressure: 115 mmHg
Diastolic Blood Pressure: 76 mmHG
Resting HR: 70 bpm
Cholesterol: 4.21 mmol/L
Blood Glucose: 4.6 mmol/L

Drink less alcohol & coffee. Drink more water. Sleep less.

Not bad, all in all, I suppose.

Trying to get back into the habit of recording all my food... It's proving challenging. Weighing almost everything I eat is such a pain!
55.7 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
