Same weight as yesterday. I'm still getting used to eating a good portion where I am not gaining weight! I've been gaining weight the past year or so. I am glad to be leveling it off before it goes down ☺️
78.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
