This is my first journal entry here. I'm hoping to make a community of support people with the same goal of weight loss (or weight gain if you want!) / getting healthier!

This first weigh in I think is just random deviation from yesterday, since the scale or my weight seems to fluctuate a bit everyday!
78.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
