*sigh* I knew it wasn't going to be good. Can't hate myself, though- I have been watching my intake, and exercising when I can. Period is looming over me, so I know it has likely brought some water weight. And just have to face it: weight fluctuates. From hour to hour, from day to day.
It just freaks me out to see the numbers going the opposite direction; the idea of putting weight back on when I've worked so hard to lose it is scary. So, I guess that tells me that even though the scale, for whatever reason, might not be going my way this week, in the long run, I know that I will not passively let my weight get out of my control again. That in itself is reassuring.
Excited that yesterday I discovered a new workout video that I really like: Jillian Michaels' Yoga Meltdown. I tried Level 1 on-demand yesterday, and will likely end up buying the DVD. It's a great workout, really made me sweat, and exhausted my whole body, but with no impact. Yay!
