Down 100 grams LOL. 8 aftershocks yesterday, two of them big. *sigh* We are so ready for this to all be over! Over a month and a half and the ground it still very shaky. I read about one guy who was outside when the big one hit and he said the ground moved in waves up to waist height - am glad I didn't see that! Please pray that my nerves will be calmer today and that I get stuff done LOL.
93.6 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Holy cow, I can't imagine having all of those earthquakes. I grew up in southern California and earthquakes were quite common/expected. However, I can't say I ever experienced so many in such a short amount of time. Hope things calm down for you.

22 quakes in the last 24 hours LOL. Was just telling a friend that it is just as well I don't eat chocolate any more - haha! I would have eaten truckloads of it by now!

I am sorry to hear that you are not doing well. I wouldn't have made it this far. You sure are a couragous lady. I will pray for you and your to be safe and for the after shocks and quakes to stop. Hope you can relax soon and get back to a normal way of living again. Hang in there.:)
