Well since Covid-19 I have been stuffing my face constantly and the weight has gone up of course. I suppose it is stress eating. My life has not really changed much. Before quarantine, I pretty much just went to work and came back home. That is what I do now, except that work is every other day. But I am stressed and worried about things. I am trying to jump back on the wagon starting today and control the things I can, like what I put in my mouth. I have lost the most weight before by LCHF, but that is just not sustainable for me anymore. I love bread, crackers, ice cream. All those things you can't have on LCHF without going to an awful lot of trouble to make them yourself or track them down. I am going to try to get back on IF at 16:8 to start and to keep my carbs below 100 per day. Will probably add a calorie limit to that, but not sure what right now.
