this has been an off week, water weight gain always does me in, so hopefully I'll go back down and get back on track of losing. I really got excited when I lost some weight, then those darn colds got me and made me feel like crap. That didn't help my excersising at all.....I was too tired to do anything hardly. I had done real good on my Wii Fit..3 straight weeks, then missed 2 weeks...of everyday excersise. CRAP!
85.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

Being sick does throw you for a loop. Even when you are sick you should do your body test onthe Wii every other day just to keep the habit. That way you are not starting the habit from scratch when you DO feel up to par and who knows once you are doing the body test you migth feel like a few balance games at least ;)
