Well I’m finally getting back into exercising daily after about 5 months off over winter due to many personal reasons. I put on 6 kgs over this time and am very disappointed in myself So now its time to get back on track with my diet and exercise! The past few days I’ve been going well. Since I got back from Queensland last week I have been exercising everyday and eating reasonably healthy. I’ve cut out soft drink and alcohol of my diet now. I’ve lost 1kg in this first week so 7 to go until I reach my goal weight of 54kg. I would like to reach this goal before New Years Eve which is 9 weeks. I have a lot of hard work ahead of me, but I’m at the stage now where I’m really enjoying exercise again and my body feels much better eating healthy.
