A few too many of those little choc bars yesterday. Not good for weighing in today. Actually the whole week there was an issue with snacking.
For the pushup challenge I found column 3 hard this week. I haven't done the test to see which column for next week... but I'm leaning towards just doing column 2. In terms of my by November Challenge my goal is looking unreachable with gaining this week and going away next weekend. There are 3 weeks left... if I could lose 3 lbs I would be happy with that.
