Been fasting for an average of 16.2 hours a day for 2 weeks and still weigh the same. I did weigh myself midway and lost 3kg, obviously I picked it back up again. My eating needs some cleaning up and should also kick the diet soda. And as always stress is a factor. #StaySafe
