Believe me, with all the determination I have, to beat this monster: I do feel like the hulk. PS. I think I am already green with the pressure I am putting on myself to SUCCEED, failure is not an option.

That's right, you are on the right track with your motivation. First thing is getting your head right, then the pounds will start to fall off. Great job on your food choices today too. Did you know that Shrimp have no carbs? Yep, great dinner choice with garlic and thyme and it's yummy. Key to my weight loss so far has been reducing the carbs. It's not for everyone, but it sure is working for me. Have a great night and a better tomorrow.
