Haven't really fasted this week. Too difficult on this business trip but at least I'm not gaining. Got housekeeping to bring me a scale. And I worked out at the gym yesterday and today.
71.0 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
