Hovering right around 200. Pretty happy no big increases at home this time. Started adding 1-2 full cardio days at the gym at home. Aiming for 195 in two weeks when I get home. Wish me luck!
90.9 kg Lost so far: 23.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
