yeah; happy for that 1 loss of lbs. riding my bike yesterday and feeling light is sure an incentive. i do not crave sugar. still crave bread a bit. i eat bread just the gluten free and only for lunch/breakfast.
62.1 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
