Hey everyone ! My name is Nathan and I’m 17 I’ve lost 135 pounds using this app but I have a serious question. How do you stop losing weight ? I’m eating 2500 calories a day now and still losing 2-3 pounds a week it’s starting to concern my mother and I’m happy at my current weight of 163 while 6 foot tall
