Breakfast: banana, chicken breast, cheerios, water. Lunch: 100% Whole Wheat Bread, turkey breast lunch meat, Chunk Light Tuna in Water (50% Less Sodium), wylwood mixed veggies -- no salt added. Dinner: 1/2 kraft mayo, 1/2 water, Chunk Light Tuna in Water (50% Less Sodium), one of my home grown tomato, water, lettuce.
