Reached my goal today of 175 lbs. Why does it feel slightly anticlimactic? Now I plan to lose three more and then go to an all-you-can-eat buffet. :-)
79.4 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
