Up .5 lb since last Monday. After fasting three days last week, I found myself hungry all weekend. I didn't eat particularly bad foods, but I ate until I was full. Today is my first fast day this week.
73.0 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
