Typical weight gain at home. Some days really find it hard to keep my calorie intake down. I try to eat more fresh veggies but I find sometimes they make me feel bloated rather than full. Went to the gym 9 out of 11 days so that was a bonus. At work now for two weeks and am aiming to be 195-198 when I get home. That will still keep me on a good pace for my new goal of 185 maintenance weight by the summer. Hope everyone else is having success, some days are a grind but we r getting there!!!!
