I think of sweets constantly, but am committed to a lifestyle change and I know that this introductory stage is very important. I will worry about the sweets later when I hit my 160 goal weight.
89.1 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 11.4 kg a Week
