Failed miserably last week during both challenges.. I was sick not able to consume too much of anything (liquids, foods, etc) .. Weighed in this morning but weight back to 3/11 weigh in.. :D
Off to a better start today for this week.. Mildly over the stomach virus/flu now I have a head cold - head congestion, cough, headache, etc!! :( Will fight thru this sickness.. It seems like the twins were walking viruses and carrying every child's sickness from their school, and brought it home to me last week (lol lol lol)!! I need to take better care of myself. Kids home from school this week - so I will be more than busy!
Anyway, Happy Monday! Off to a better start, I WILL get back to my exercise today - only exercised once or twice last week. BACK TO THE GRIND! Have a great day!
