Made it under 200 for the first time. In about 20 years hahaha. Was a little tougher this time. Work was very busy so no chance to work out. Back to the gym this morning which felt pretty good.
90.4 kg Lost so far: 24.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
