hallo mau nanya nih guys, aku kan tdee = 1900 , BMR = 1500, nah kata gugle klo mau turun seminggu 0,5kg harus mgurangi kalori 500perhari, brrti ak hrs makan di 1400 ya? tp katanya kok baikny di atas BMR + 100 ?? brrti nnti turunny jdi lama bgt??? dan pernah nyoba makan di 1300 tp bangun* badan lemes 😭😭
