Well haven't been on here in awhile, I had to take a break from dieting because I've been very sick with my Hypoglycemia. I have lost weight though even though I haven't been trying. Which would be great but I lost 8 lbs in a week. I've been eating protein snacks around the clock trying to keep my blood sugar up. I'm just having to get used to a new way of eating.
