Lost 2 lbs! Finally, seeing some return on my exercise and dieting investment. Next goal: get under 190 lb barrier. 180's here I come!
86.6 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
