Went on vacation for a couple of weeks and got off my eating ritual, and most damaging, I didn't exercise every day while I was away. Gained some weight, but now that I'm home and back on the routine, the weight is slipping off again. But scary that I gained about 8 pounds on a ten day vacation. I did drink a lot, and I ate three huge meals per day while away, and then there was the constant snacking.
Home now, and haven't been logging food, but every day is the same: 2 strips of bacon and two eggs for breakfast, big bowl of spinach salad for lunch with green onion, radish, cheese, tomato, and ranch dressing, and then a sensible dinner. This week has been corned beef and cabbage all week because that is what I cooked on Sunday.
Fridays I eat out, and I don't do carbs at all - not even fruit - until Sunday, when I let myself have some bread or some noodles, or some fruit. Last Sunday I even had a cupcake.
