Bad weigh in after massive cheat last night. I think I will blame it on ovulation and just try to get myself over it. I am pretty bummed though that I have derailed myself again...Maybe eventually I will get past all of these "issues."

Hi Buddy! Don't be too hard on yourself! You stil have lost a lost of weight and come a really long way! You need to remember that!Isn't it funny how we would never be nearly as hard on our friends as we are on ourselves. So you hit a bump in the road. Today is a new day!! Might have been the taste buds, might have been ovulation, might have been the oil from the day before. I was pretty crazy hungry all day yesterday...Oh well I am back on track today and hopefully will see a nice drop tomorrow.
