The first 4 days were tough. The hunger pangs quit after by day 3 but sugar is such a "heroin" addiction. I want my coffee and hazelnut creamer still EVERY MORNING. But God is good and He and I talk every time I feel that pull to eat to fill an empty spot or crave sugar.

I’ve been enjoying my coffee with Good Life Vanilla Flax Milk + Protein. It’s only about 20 calories, and it’s better than straight black coffee :)

Thanks all ~ I think my scale was off by 2lbs for my first weight posted (4yr old grandson at work =) but 6lbs is still great. I loaded a basic of what I'd been eating for the last few months on a day and WOW what a caloric overload. This hasn't been horrible at all and the sugar detox wasn't as bad as Keto due to the fruit.
I'm going to have to look into that creamer, @tallulahp. I had to give up caffeine, I don't want to give up my comfort coffee after the 21days is over.
