This diet is new to me. I am in my 3rd week and caved Monday.Not even because of the holiday-just personal emotional stuff.Didn't do too bad and felt guilty during the entire 2 hour binge. Went to bed after that to stop myself from doing more damage :) Anyway... I will join you for 2 weeks to stick to it (and get some exercise in!) Good luck! 3xmamma
