Weight increased again. Check body fat % using accumeasure. I am around 11-12%. I am actually improved despite the weight gain. I was previously around 14%. I have been weightlifting but was not expecting an increase in muscle mass since I am trying to be in a calorie deficit. I feel better because looking in the mirror I appear tighter despite my increase in weight.
69.4 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
