WHOOP! Go away for 6 weeks and gain 6 pounds. Come home, 5 days on induction and lose 6 lbs! Granted - it was probably all water retention but hey , I 'm taking it anyway!
I am weighing in today because I want to keep my weigh in days to Wednesdays.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 24.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Whoop!!! Whoop!!! That is so awesome! Thank God :))) Hopefully you are back in Ketosis...and can soon start to slowly reenter OWL...but proceed with CAUTION Ms. Gun's Ablazing! I am very proud of you...fixing your stuff on international webspace! You will love all of your hard work come November...just keep reminding yourself of that!

Go Jill, you are doing awesome too. I am jealous of you if you can be in ketosis with over 20 carbs, I have to stay at 15 carbs just to get a small amount. Over 25 carbs I realize I lose my trace. boohoo!
