Sudah 10 hari makan clean food, nah pas ada acara dikantor makanlah si ayam goreng+nasi uduk... Alhasil radang tenggorokan hampir seminggu gak sembuh2 dan sedihnya lagi gak bisa olahraga karena meriang... Beneran deh, disiplin itu perlu biar badan tetep fit... Nyesel to the max 😭
