My weight is going in the wrong direction so frustrating!! Could it be fluid retention after two days of a long walking?? Trying to cut back more this is getting serious

Hard to say... but cutting back is not always the right choice. Going over your habits...making sure you are recording everything, taking in enough water.. wait to see if it comes off again in a day or two...There are many reasons we bloat a bit

Sometimes diets and workout plans need to change. I noticed in the past that I'd get stuck at a weight after using the same routine and I'd have to switch it up for more weight loss

It could be water retention if you've got inflammation from walking you're not used to. If that's the case, it'll peter out as you keep on doing it. Cutting back on areas where there's "opportunity" is a good idea too.
